As a licensed broker associate within the Coldwell Banker network, Roland leverages over 30 years of expertise in commercial and residential real estate. Drawing on a career that spans multinational corporations across the United States, Europe, and Latin America, he brings a global perspective and a wealth of experience to his current role, offering exceptional value to his clients.

Building on a proven track record of successfully closing hotel, resort, residence and land sales across the Caribbean, Roland is now focusing on residential and commercial properties in Florida. He strategically markets these properties to international clients, capitalizing on his broad network of brokerage, consulting, and asset management connections worldwide.

Before joining Coldwell Banker, Roland served as the head of Hospitality Advisors (HA), a service platform empowering hotel owners, investors, and developers in transactions, asset management, and procurement. He forged strategic alliances with esteemed real estate firms and hospitality manufacturers to lead renovation and repositioning projects for underperforming assets and new developments across the Caribbean.

Previously, Roland led negotiations for Premier (Ashford Inc.), driving growth in interior design, architecture, procurement, and project management services for Ashford's $8+ billion portfolio of 120+ hotels and 26,000 rooms.

At HotelAVE, a leading asset management firm, Roland spearheaded the expansion of its Mexico and Caribbean portfolio of upper-upscale and luxury properties, overseeing 15+ prominent assets as regional practice leader.

During his tenure with Carlson Hospitality Group, Roland managed development activities across the Caribbean, Mexico, Latin America and Europe, significantly expanding the company's presence to over 70 hotels in the region.

Roland holds an MBA in Finance from Arizona State University and a Master's in Economics from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, France. He is also a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA). Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and proficient in Portuguese, Roland combines his multilingual skills with a deep understanding of global real estate markets to deliver exceptional service to his clients.
